The Law Brothers is Hiring a Case Manager Assistant Near Beverly, CA
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) assistant position that will work directly with our case managers in retrieving all necessary documents for new and existing cases. This is an entry level position in which we will provide training upon hire. Specific responsibilities may vary depending on the assigned task needed. Core duties and responsibilities include the following, other tasks may be assigned along the way. This position has a high potential for growth within the firm.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9-6pm

Responsibilities:
- Support Case Managers
- Scan and save documentation needed for the case to the firm's system
- Send correct letters to clients
- Drafting correspondence
- Request medical records, police reports and bills on behalf of clients
- Maintain communication with client
- General office support & tasks as needed
- Build and maintain case database
Qualifications:
- Warm, outgoing and customer service-oriented
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Attention to detail and deadline oriented
